Hi, I'm Chris. I'm a filmmaker and writer based in Cardiff. I studied English Literature at Cardiff University and an English MA at the University of Bristol. I currently work as a Production Co-ordinator at Channel 4.

Since graduating, I've contributed pieces to digital exhibitions and scratch nights, written several pieces of playwriting, directed my first short film and am currently looking for funding for two more films.

Despite only joining the industry a year ago, I've been fortunate to work in several positions for TV productions. I've worked as a Production Runner on Doctor Who. For Casualty, I've worked as a Runner, Production Assistant, Script Co-ordinator and Researcher. Most recently, I've worked as a Production Co-ordinator on a Channel 4 miniseries.

I recently completed my first short film - There Are No Comets - which I wrote and directed. The film focuses on a relationship viewed in retrospect. The project was created with a professional cast and crew.

My first monologue - 'The Swineherd' - was performed in the Off Ya Trolley digital scratch night and had previously been shortlisted for the Cast Iron Short Play Award. I worked with Off Ya Trolley again as the writer on Windows: a series of four monologues exploring the emotions of lockdown. The series received positive reviews and garnered hundreds of views.
